This cottage is on the property with the Grafton Lodge. It has a private Living Room, Full all amenties Kitchen, Queen Bed Room, Dressing Room, Bathroom & Private Entrance with AC and heat. The cottate has a private balcony. It also has a Twin Day Bed in an alcove for the option of a 3rd person or up to 2 children. The Cottage is a great option for the the bride and bridesmaid the night before. It has a dressing room that is a perfect place to get ready the day of the wedding and then can become the honeymoon suite. This is a dog friendly accommodation and there is a $20.00 nightly fee for your furry family member. The Cottage is available for 2 night stays and there is a discount for longer stays. There is an option of a rate with or without breakfast during their stay. To help keep the rate at a great price point, there is no housekeeping during the stay but fresh towels are offered. - There are NO cleaning fees if you leave the accommodation in good order.

- Breakfast for the cottage has an optional. There is a rate with or without.
- We welcome friendly, well behaved dogs in the Cottage. Please call for availability and details. There is a $20.00 a night fee for the extra furry guest. We accommodate dogs only on the property at this time.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
Grafton Lodge has the option to charge your credit card for one night once it is in the 14 day window for the stay. There is no fee for cancellation before 14 nights before arrival. Cancellation or no show fee would then be a 1 night stay. Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary from season to seaon and for special requests. A 14-day cancellation notice is required for all bookings.
