The Courtyard room is a private Queen Bedroom on the 1st floor. It has a Private Bathroom and Entrance. There is a small private Terrace with a table and two chairs. It is a tastefully decorated room with the “Dirty Dancing” movie in mind. It has a refrigerator, microwave and AC/heat in the room. Other amenities in the room are an iron, ironing board, umbrella, hairdryer, make-up mirror and an extra throw blanket. There is an option of a rate with or without breakfast during your stay. To help keep the rate at a great price point, there is no housekeeping during the stay but fresh towels are offered. All of our romantic add on’s can really make this a special memory. Owner's Cancellation Policy
Grafton Lodge has the option to charge your credit card for one night once it is in the 14 day window for the stay. There is no fee for cancellation before 14 nights before arrival. Cancellation or no show fee would then be a 1 night stay. Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary from season to seaon and for special requests. A 14-day cancellation notice is required for all bookings.
