This room is on the ground floor and has a private King Bed and has been designed for people needing a little extra assistance with grab bars in the bathroom and a fold down bench seat the the shower. The room is done in browns and tan and has a tasteful bear theme. There is AC/heat and an electric fireplace in the room for ambience. The room has its own Private Entrance and Bathroom. Extra amenities in the room are a refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, make-up mirror, umbrella and an extra throw blanket. There is an option of a rate with or without breakfast during your stay. To help keep the rate at a great price point, there is no housekeeping during the stay but fresh towels are offered. All of our romantic add on’s can really make this a special memory. . This IS a very clean dog friendly room and there is a $20.00 nightly fee for your furry family member. - We welcome friendly, well behaved dogs in Room 2. Please call for availability and details. There is a $20.00 a night fee for the extra furry guest. We accommodate dogs only on the property at this time.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
Grafton Lodge has the option to charge your credit card for one night once it is in the 14 day window for the stay. There is no fee for cancellation before 14 nights before arrival. Cancellation or no show fee would then be a 1 night stay. Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary from season to seaon and for special requests. A 14-day cancellation notice is required for all bookings.
